河南新乡通报：母子被同学家长殴打 打人者被行拘_我的网站

一 |     New Delhi, Oct 18 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will have a jam packed schedule this festive season in the run up to Deepawali with back to back visits to Gujarat, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.

The visits would cover many sectors from defence to diplomacy, from education to environment, from spiritual heritage to sports, from roads to ropeways, from temple rejuvenation to tourism, from light house to LiFE and from infrastructure to industries among others, officials said.

The Prime Minister is set to visit Gujarat on October 19-20. He will dedicate and lay foundation stone of projects worth around Rs 15,670 crore there.

On Wednesday, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the DefExpo 22 at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar. He will launch the Mission Schools of Excellence at Adalaj. He will lay the foundation stone of various development projects in Junagadh.

Thereafter, the Prime Minister will inaugurate India Urban Housing Conclave 2022 and dedicate and lay the foundation stone of multiple key projects in Rajkot.

He will also inaugurate the exhibition of innovative construction practices.

On Thursday, the Prime Minister will launch Mission LiFE. This will be followed by his participation in the 10th Heads of Missions Conference in Kevadia, after which he will lay the foundation stone of various development initiatives at Vyara.

Early morning on Friday, the Prime Minister will head towards the spiritual destinations of Kedarnath and Badrinath, where he will lay the foundation stone of connectivity projects worth around Rs 3500 crore.

He will perform darshan and pooja at Shri Kedarnath Temple as well as at Shri Badrinath Temple. He will also review the progress of various development work at a Kedarnath and Badrinath.

On Saturday, the Prime Minister will return from Uttarakhand. Later in the day, he will participate in the Griha Pravesham function of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (Gramin) beneficiaries in Madhya Pradesh via video conferencing.

Officials said that he will also participate an important program which will impact youth across the country and added that more details of the event will be shared later.

On Sunday, the Prime Minister will reach Ayodhya. He will perform pooja and Darshan of Bhagwan Shri Ramlala Virajman followed by inspection of the Ram Janambhoomi Teerth Kshetra site.

He will attend the Rajya-Abhishek of Bhagwan Shri Ram.

The Prime Minister will also witness the spectacular aarti at New Ghat of Saryu ji, followed by his participation in the grand Deepotsav celebrations.

二 |     4月22日，河南新乡就网传“9岁男童校门口被同学家长殴打”一事发布通报。网传视频截图　　针对近期网传“河南新乡9岁男童校门口被同学家长殴打”一事，4月22日，河南省新乡市牧野区教育体育局发布情况通报，确认该事件为学生在校相处过程中产生纠纷，后升级为家长情绪失控发生的殴打他人的治安案件。　　新乡市牧野区教育体育局发布的情况通报称，据调查，4月16日下午，在河南省新乡市牧野区牛村文体广场，发生了牛村小学四（1）班学生李某坤（男，9岁）母子被同班同学李某熙（女，10岁）家长殴打事件。　　事件发生后，公安机关及时处置，依法对李某熙父母处以行政拘留、罚款的治安处罚。牧野区教育体育局立即成立工作专班，进驻牛村小学开展全面调查。

三 | 　　经了解，李某坤、李某熙因价值几元的“假水”玩具产生纠纷。李某熙母亲报警，后经民警、班主任和牛村村委会工作人员调解，由李某坤退还李某熙10元钱，并在班上做检讨。　　4月15日，双方家长因检讨事宜，再次产生纠纷，派出所和学校随即进行调解，劝解双方家长理性对待同学间的纠纷和摩擦。　　4月16日下午放学后，双方家长又因学生之间是否互相谩骂，在牛村文体广场发生冲突，李某熙家长对李某坤母子进行殴打。

四 | 　　工作专班通过认真调查，确认该事件为学生在校相处过程中产生纠纷，后升级为家长情绪失控发生的殴打他人的治安案件。

五 | 4月21日，双方已达成谅解。根据调查结果，对涉事学生所在班级班主任进行撤换，对学校主要负责人、安全工作分管负责人严肃追责问责。同时，根据学生本人和家长意愿，适时调班调校，跟进培养管理；邀请心理咨询专家分别对李某坤、李某熙开展心理辅导；组织学校班主任、心理健康教师对全校学生进行团体心理辅导。　　新乡市牧野区教育体育局的情况通报指出，此次事件暴露出教育部门存在家校之间联动不紧密、思想动态掌握不及时、安全教育引导不到位等问题。将深刻汲取教训、引以为戒、举一反三，切实加强学校管理和学生思想教育，坚决防止类似事件再次发生。
